We are thrilled to reveal the top three winners of the Workplace Well-being Hero initiative, celebrating those who are making a lasting impact on workplace health, sustainability, and employee experience.

Steve Fitch
Managing Director, OFL
• Played a key role in furnishing the new Helen Bamber Foundation (HBF) centre.
• Secured over £500,000 in furniture, materials, and expertise donations from over 20 companies.
• Worked alongside architects and designers to create a supportive and functional space.
• Advocates for the power of well-designed environments in enhancing wellbeing.
• Recognized by renowned actress Emma Thompson for creating a space that fosters safety and recovery.

Oliver Heath
Director, Oliver Heath Design
• Advocates for workplace wellbeing through biophilic design and sustainability.
• Delivered over 500 RIBA-accredited CPDs and workshops to design professionals.
• Publishes free thought leadership papers on wellbeing and workplace design.
• Created measurable improvements in employee wellbeing and productivity through design.
• Leads by example with an inclusive, eco-conscious office space and supportive team culture.

Veronica Giordano
Project Manager, CBRE GWS
• Organizes wellbeing workshops, including career coaching during a company merger.
• Leads community volunteering initiatives, such as conservation projects.
• Raises funds for social causes like the Alzheimer’s Society.
Creates a safe space for open conversations on mental health and wellbeing.
• Recognized for her dedication to fostering a supportive and connected workplace.
